Nancy has demonstrated her skills at exceeding the customers’ expectations and being the top performer in Call Quality for the Third and Fourth Quarter of 2009. Nancy’s most recent accomplishment includes being recognized as a top performer of the year for 2009.

Lisa Vaughn

Lisa has demonstrated her skills at exceeding the customers’ expectations and being a top performer for 2009 in the Order Management group. She exceeded and far exceeded her performance goals throughout the year. If there are special things to look out for on a customer’s faxed in orders, Lisa is one of the first to say – I’ll handle those accounts! Her willingness and eye for details makes her an inspiration for others.
